Travis is our Service Manager at Volkswagen of South Charlotte. He has been in the business for more than 17 years and has many certifications. Travis has been around long enough to know how to keep a cool head. “The best parts of this job are the times I can help a customer overcome a stressful situation,” says Travis. He has been helping us at Volkswagen of South Charlotte fulfill all of your service needs for the past year. Travis comes from a family who knows their way around cars, as his father was also in the automotive business. John Keating brings a multitude of experience to Volkswagen of South Charlotte, first graduating from automotive school training before working in the field for the past 6 years. John has been with our dealership for the past 3 years, and has achieved a vaunted Volkswagen Specialist Service Advisor certification. Working on Volkswagens is more than just a job for John, as he regularly attends and participates in various Volkswagen shows and events. John says, “I am very particular about how my own car is serviced, and I make sure all my customers are treated as I would expect to be, because customer satisfaction is the No. 1 priority.”
